Found it. I generally don't get any data from iHub and probably wouldn't fully trust it unless I know what source they pull it from. I know a lot of times after hours you will see big spreads like this. I'm not exactly sure why but my guess would be it has something to do with the order books. After hours MMs probably remove most of the orders so what ends up being left are at the low and high end of the price range. Means absolutely nothing given that it is after hours and no trading is occurring right now. If that was the spread during market hours then there would be something to look into. Right now I would pay it no attention.
