Perhaps caution is useful here! This prototype video simply shows a solar cell generation of H2 in a module and demonstrates a membrane that works. The solar cell used in the video is "an expensive high voltage solar cell made with Gallium Arsenide" (not the patented one) to produce the H2 (that is stated in the video). They state that they are "confident" that their patented "cheap" particles will work in this design. It is NOT a demonstration of anything that can produce a flux of H2 sufficient for anything nor that can be scaled up and have the ~100 hrs longevity with the cheap particles. This video is misleading with its information.

Perhaps the patented particles will work and I hope they do but these demos need to be experiments with measurements of H2 flux (i.e mass per unit time and area) from a given size of prototypical unit. I do not think they demonstrated that they can reach the "prize" with this video. They did stir up a lot of emotion with it.
