If the other company has money, this could actually work.
Believing that SNEY has a concession with diamonds/gold, a profit sharing arrangement + some equip rental monies could work. SNEY has some connections in SL/Liberia and also outside. IF THERE ARE DIAMONDs on the concession, then this could REALLY work.

Granted that is a currently a BIG IF.
