are you saying that YIPI doesn't consider its "Chief Operations Officer", which it now claims is going to run YIPI, as a "Key Management Personnel"?

Hmmmmm... Chief Operations Officer is NOT the same as the Chief Operating Officer.

Operations or Operating...

Operations = managing people

Operating = managing company


A company typically has only 3 real officers designated by board.

1) Chief Executive Officer
2) Chief Financial Officer
3) Chief Operating Officer

CIO, CTO, CMO, CSO, while they carry an officers title, are not truly officers in the corp sense. Officers are designated by the Board, not by a job title. So it appears Yippy only has one active officer and director, reporting to 4 other board members and advisors and the rest are VP level with important titles.

Like that in many many many companies.
