For that to happen Porter the clown will have to pay out big bucks to the promo sites. Last yr he paid out $20K per promo site for 4-5 sites. This year he can't afford it, with the PPS stuck at 0001. Besides he and his affiliat3es have probably already completed dumping 500M shares at 0003, and are goon.
