Can anyone explain why this issue continues to rise? Management has been very quiet. The CEO has never pumped the stock or paid anyone to advertize, as far as I can tell.

Is there some new definition of "scam" that I am missing?

It seems the more this company is labeled a scam, the more the share prices inches up?

So far, I haven't received any explanation for why Mr. Leahy agreed to invest 100K for the privilege of buying a limited number of 12 cent shares, when he could still buy them for less than half that price today?
