We aren't on Tapimmunes timeline right now, we are on the Nasdaq's. The time frame has run a little longer because they put the application in before they were fully prepared to uplist. Nothing wrong with this as they were just being proactive. Like I mentioned earlier today the final stage of the review process takes up to two weeks and this is after the company has addressed any concerns. They addressed the bid price issue by effecting the RS so now Nasdaq staff is well within their two week window of the final review. Nothing is late here.
