This most recent loss adds to the over $19M in debt the company holds, and by the way, when a company states that they have over 3.8B shares worth of convertibles issued and they may need to raise there A/S to cover it, then there is a good chance of a pretty nasty filing on it's way showing billions of shares added. Not to mention the CEO contract about to expire.
