NTEK has been completely DARK for several months now.

That most likely is a referral to nanosux total lack of transparency to shareholders, SEC and creditors and companies suing nanotech.
As the description of DARK can also refer to nanosux getting themselves removed from SEC filing obligations.

This is only done by otcm scams to HIDE facts from everyone.
