I called the transfer agent a few days ago and the authorized shares are still 96+ billion.

The only thing that has changed is that Raley is heading capital projects at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in Atlanta. Could he have plans for UVSE with some of PwC's corporate clients? Perhaps a private company is looking to RM with a shell. The fact that Raley is working full-time at PwC gives me optimism. He has access to wealthy individuals and client companies.
