Syn: the permit application is real and the letter from the mining agency is real. Therefore, your claim of fraud is nonsense.

Not much to do now other than hold and wait for the permit and a contract. Also waiting for the converter to run out of shares.

Penny stocks are risky and everyone knows that, but when they pay off they prove their worth. If you do not want to take the risk, don't.

Carl has been around long enough to take care of himself. I am not encouraging him to do anything but hold.
