The big revenue generating subsidiary is still operational - called today and phone was answered. Louisiana SOS still has Erwin and Kramarz as officers, and active SOS. No BK filings and the more I read last 8K the second amendment looks to me like creditor is ensuring the survival of the company...?

Both Amian Angles locations in Lafayette and Alexandria remain operational. I think we could see a rabbit come out of a hat here....
