Not quite. When MBCI filed to deregister voluntarily, FINRA subsequently refused to allow a corporate action. Why? Because the Form 15 was, as Dina says, filed when the company was not current with its periodic reports. In order to deregister, a company registered pursuant to the Securities Act must be current; those that registered pursuant to the Exchange Act need not be. Mabcure was a Securities Act company.

So is TRON. The same rules apply.
