If they waited to exactly 1pm to sign the documents then they're really pushing it lol. They would have the PR ready for this way in advance just ready to release once the deal is completed. Keep hoping...

"The Closing shall take place on or before September 28, 2016 (the "Closing Date") at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at the offices of Jones & Haley, P.C. The Closing may be rescheduled by agreement of the parties. The date of the Closing shall be the Effective Time of the Exchange Transaction"
