It's debatable whether this is a scam or just the product of Moran's incredible incompetence. In either case, current investors will lose whatever is left of their original buy in.

Moran's history certainly predicts disaster - long history of lying re fins, olympic experience, Desert Storm, release date and so forth. Combine this with 3 years of non-performance with DEWM and it's easy to see where this is headed, and in fact has headed for the last 3 years
