That is a stretch of you own imagination. It really says nothing at all. Phil has been in Malta for two and a half years pumping SoOum with zero success of his own for the company. For all we know its a friend doing him a favor letting him get mail at an office there; or since he's an established real estate agent in the area it can't be too hard for him to come across an unused office either. Whatever it is...it's fluffy news that does not mean anything for SoOum actually doing money making business...SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
