There is a little chance of success due to these points (all together).

1.MRI has less sentivity than Hepatic Biopsia (no radiologic changes but yes histologic)
2. The human metabolism is quite slower than rats. Probably more time would be needed.
3. Rats dont eat trash food with a lot of sugar and additives. People in trial had more than a beer in the last 12 weeks and contaminated food (all food is contaminated).


Phase I was a fake only for earn money or real?
Phase II doesn't work.probably due to three points above ... but if it works on rats, what about veterinary use?

I would reinforce one trial arm with human and restriction dietethic until Dec 2017 at x10 the dose

Other trial arm should be focused to veterinary use.
