COWAN appears to be the more HONEST party here.
TAUG, much like Thomas Graham (BOD member) and Seth Shaw (the CEO), has been shown to be deceitful and untrustworthy.

There is plenty of evidence to support this opinion on this board and the AWAW board (formerly BVAP... Sethie's other conpany and TAUG's one time JV partner)

I think I'll believe filed court docs and exhibits over a person who made the claim that the venue was already decided a month ago...
