Looks they are going for a 2 billion share float! !!!! Sad news for a company with no revenue...no reall headquarters..no lab no land..no money ,hence the stock dumps....ceo with a history of stock fraud and the company is pretty much a press release scam with 7 years of failure although they claim products are sold globally,they claim no revenue ... sub penny isn't far away,is my guess ..just Dabney scratching and clawing to have access to other people money
