I know enough about SWET to understand why it's trading where it is. And I know enough about Algi not to be excited that they may have bought a few a shares. I also know that the city of San Luis has been waiting to hear from Pickett for quite awhile now because I've talked to them. Have you been monitoring the council minutes? Have you talked to any officials? Have you contacted Chuck?

So, tell me what exactly it is that I'm clueless about? In my mind, the only thing that'll prove cluelessness, will be the outcome of this story.
