Hop-On not in good standing? It is worse than that. They are FTB forfeited. Hop-On claims it filed delinquent state and federal taxes, yet it has now been months since Hop-On claimed that, and still California is keeping Hop-On in "forfeited" status.
Thanks to others who have let California know about Hop-On's huge court judgment, and that Hop-On claims they will seek settlement, even though it is too late for that. The court judgment has already been entered. Thanks also to those that reminded California that Hop-On created this new corporation to get around the fact that the previously-FTB-forfeited Hop-On corporation likely also did not file taxes (thus the forfeiture of their business license).
The time to settle was before Hop-On lost in court. Note that the court judgment was for a lot more than $100,000. Hop-On only has just over $1,000 in its coffers (flat broke).

Here is tweety Petey's comments in their statement of information.
Currently Hop-on IP of California is not in good standing due to filing the State and Federal Taxes. Those tax returns have now been filed. I believe that will resolve the issue with the State of California.
Hop-on, Inc and other defendants received a default judgment in a civil case in the County of Riverside for approximately $100,000 in favor of Smokeless Selects. Hop-on is in the process of settling the case or seeking other remedies to resolve the issue.
