Who's to also say that a buyer can't come in here, assume the current debt to Suntrust, pay it off, and pick up the equity of the company at current market cap or some multiple of it, and continue operations as normal. Adding some new board seats, new CEO, etc. Under those conditions you then wipe the debt of the books and the PPS can then trade closer to $1 a share. The new owner immediately gets paid back for their purchase (on paper) and then gets to sit back and get paid off of the preferreds, etc.
