Let me explain to you why this is trading at .01 and could go lower:
Promises, promises, promises.
Has lost money for 20 years
Shares outstanding has now escalated to over 500,000,000 by way of a ton of equity financing, therefore diluting the stock to levels that break even will not even move the price.
It will take much more than break even with that kind of multiples to go higher than .01
Unless they begin to generate Revenue ABOVE breakeven this will stay at .01 or below.
Very difficult now to borrow money to continue to operate.
Many options and warrants out at .01 there fore if it goes higher, those investors will take money off of the table.
At best look for a sale at between .01 and .02 .....
They may make it, they may not, Roulette Wheel odds.
If you are not prepared to loose it all you better sell immediately.
