Interested to hear why Herzog didn't file the motion for venue change or why Cole wanted off the case, according to emails.

If you are so tight with Herzog maybe you can enlighten us.

Who is interfering with Herzog?

How would you know about What relevance Cherry Bakeart has to the case, couldn't the fees paid to Cowan and Bakeart for 2015 be part of the damages? That is not the point anyway, the point is that Cowan and Meyler did not disclose the working relationship with Cherry Bakeart. It may not have any relevance towards minimum contacts but that is for the judge to decide. She can't make an informed decision if relevant facts are intentionally not disclosed.

FYI - if you read the emails Cole wanted off this case.

FYI - Herzog is an accounting malpractice lawyer, as such he, Cowan and Meyler are well aware of the rules regarding transferring the work papers.

They violated those rules, worse yet they appear to have not even responded to Tauriga's requests to have their work papers transferred.
