That is certainly a possibility and a potential outcome. That line of thinking would be most certainly confirmed in my mind if insiders, namely Claypool & Mckenzie, file form 4s disposing their 1.5M shares collectively. The longer we go without seeing a form 4 the more I'd lean towards another type of sale, like equity.
