Thanks for the number. I will definitely try to call. I don't quite understand your rationale for not sharing the info since practically all information on the boards is unverified. I thought the whole point of being on these boards was to share information as well as opinions. We can either take info at face value, reject it, and/or attempt to verify it. You are the first person here who made contact with anyone from the company, meaning you have more information than anyone here, yet you choose to withhold the information you obtained... rather puzzling and disappointing, but I understand it's your perogative. At least you were generous enough to share the number, so thanks for that. I will attempt to make contact myself. If I get as far as you did, I will be happy to share whatever I learn with others!
