I think they view Samcyprone as a collaboration with sdx-RNAi rather than something built into the platform. They mention it in slide 17.

Ah, I missed the mention of Samcyprone on Slide 17. And, yes, Samcyprone is described somewhat as an add-on:
"sd-rxRNA Technology Platform & Samcyprone"

But considering that RXI is living on fumes, any pipeline product that can attract money is vitally important. Samcyprone is far more likely to attract interest as the 12-week testing period is so brief. IMO, the dermal scarring product is taking too long. And the cosmeceutical - well, let's just say that there is zero margin for error or delay at this point.
