Let's look at the facts. OFFICIALLY this company is a scam. Why Do I say that. It's simple. The officers of this company are NOT transparent. What are they hiding. WHERE ARE THE FINANCIALS. The last financial was from December 2015!! We are NOW in 2016 and NOT one financial has been filed for the ENTIRE CURRENT YEAR. That's Q1, Q2, Q3 and they probably won't have the Yearly for 2016 completed until next year.
What does this means to me as an investor? It means that SoOum either HAS NOT MADE ANY MONEY and therefore are waiting to complete the so called "acquisition" to HIDE the fact that they have made ZERO money. Which means that all the stories about contracts, press releases, fake trading website, sugar, containers, offices, social media post about fish and God only knows its totally FAKE. Where is the money from the government contract??? Nothing. It is not real.
