I suppose it could be the company that stalled it. Not ready to have it run yet. Some one is loading up with shares whether it's an investor or just an MM or 2 that wants more shares. We've had a few spurts from .0003 to .0008, but it seems that .0005/.0006 is the average price some one is loading up with. That's the bad thing about a low float. Sure it doesn't take much for the pps to head up, but at the same time a couple of million shares can drop it .0002. JMO of course.
