Exactly 100 shares at $4 per share looks like manipulation to keep the share price up. Share value only jumped from .006 to 4 (the ask since the R/S) in the last week and sales volume was in discrete amounts of 100 even though the ticker symbol was changing and investors had no information about the new company resulting from the sale/merger. That's hype. To get investors to jump in and buy but obviously nobody else did.
