The France (ahem) news got out in real time.......

so it would appear certain communications are open.

The email exchange between Huffman and Kidd got out....remember? Of course when the actual exchange was posted it wasn't what was originally described.

We got an update about the December 2015 hearing from a lender the day it occurred and the Defendant was supposed to be going to jail in April, which is exactly what Huffman brought up. Judge Stephens wasn't amused.

In fact, excerpts from the original complaint were posted before they could be ordered from the Clerk. It was less than 12 hours after it was filed.

I guess certain folks have access and others don't, but communications are obviously open.
