Here's the Truth then....GNID & Wellington Shield's signed a 3 Tier Agreement for $56,000,000 which includes an Underwritten $40,000,000 CMPO Offering to Up List to the Nasdaq.

Also the Toxic Lenders are a thing of the past, expect filings showing this was paid in full soon imo.
