Still new here, I liked their little fridges

Guess we may see what may come of that business, but looks like a straight reverse merger. Old company sold the public entity, maybe took fridge business private, not sure...still digging.

They key is if this new entity out of Asia has real operations, or even better is profitable, and get those numbers in a 10Q this could be interesting.

Im my opinion, for anyone new, I'd bid this at say $2.50 to $3.00 or lower for now. Lot more needs to be learned here, but float seems like nothing there....if these guys have a following in Asia and some of those players come in to buy here in US things could get interested.

Still waiting cause no need to chase....yet! lol
