I didn't make any short-term predictions here - I just called out a rotten financing deal so that people understand what crap this is. This is a stock I wrote about on 8/31, when it was .70, as one of the stocks I expected to perform very well in the election trade. So, not sure what the "disagreement" is, as I didn't discuss the price action in the short-term. Yes, crappy penny stocks can go up, and a lot too.
