It was dismissed partly because of the employee suits against it. It's in the filing, something about the court thinking there was enough to satisfy some of the claims. Which while in the BK process was protected so the judge dismissed it so the monies could be collected. If I come across the filing again I'll post it, I deleted my folder on this ticker back around Feb.
