I think that they are court approved payments for the interim financing of their BK. Like DIP Financing. And Lawyer fees. But with those
Filling they are now closer to a Reverse Merger.
They are getting ready. One Day we will start
Running. Just the slightest hint of reverse merger and we are off to races.IMHO.
