I would normally agree with you , but there is no evidence of this happening. There has been a lot of good news in my opinion, but every time good news comes out,the stock does not react in a positive way to it. There are so many examples of this phenomenon, that I will not even bother to list them. needless to say, the stock just keep marching to zero.It seems to make no difference what the company does.

It is an interesting stock, I will buy more if I see progress in the company's plans.
