Hannover House (HHSE) did in fact already File their Audited Form 10 with and was accepted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 3/11/15. The Bad News: Like many companies that used the same Auditor, the Form 10 was Withdrawn after the Auditor lost its Certification.

The Good News: HHSE Form 10 was only delayed. The soon to be released HHSE NEW Form 10 will be Audited by a larger & more prestigious Auditor, will also contain more current info.
