Tick tock...we gonna get a reschedule lol...I still don't see SOUM current like they said they would be by now...at least we should see some action tomorrow one way or the other lol...

"The Closing shall take place on or before September 28, 2016 (the "Closing Date") at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at the offices of Jones & Haley, P.C. The Closing may be rescheduled by agreement of the parties. The date of the Closing shall be the Effective Time of the Exchange Transaction"
