So? WHAT IS THE EXCUSE FOR THIS YEAR???
They finally filed the last Q from the previous fiscal year
and SETHIE SAID...August 10, 2016...
"today announced that it has filed its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Company is working expeditiously to complete and file its Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2016 with the SEC. Once this is complete, the Company will still be required to file its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period June 30, 2016 to be deemed fully reporting under SEC regulations."
