Biel is an excellent shape financially even when you include total debt.


Inaccurate. If BIEL were in excellent financial shape - it would cease dilution, which we just heard was absolutely required for survival. Of course, $27 million of accumulated deficit is not indicative of a company in 'excellent financial shape'.
