This might be conspiracy theory but I think Notis has done a excellent job at lining certain events up in order to make this baby run. Masterfully set up if you will.
Somewhere in the filings I cant remember which one so please if you can find it post a link, but notis was informed a while back that they will be delisted off if they didnt maintain .01 for I believe a 2 week period. They needed to do this before nov. 1st I think but not sure So please if you find that filing let me know because it heavily relies on what is next.
Notis has put off the decision on the final fairness hearing and is finally set for decision mid oct. Again if I am remember the time frames right then that would be a little before the final 2 weeks notis has to get to .01 or above and maintain it the entire 2 weeks.
Again not sure if it even matters but the timing of these events fits well with what notis has to accomplish.
Im thinking with a little news of ewsd closing the deal on the additional acreage this week or next, and possible attention being brought to hemp in vp debate next week in farmville, va, that will hopefully get it to.01 or close, then decision on final fairness mid oct should I think place it solidly in .01+ maybe .02 and then momemtum from the awareness will carry this sweet honey on through election. Hard to say what happens then.
