It's only 100,000 dollar .. It's not unlimited!

Essentially, it is unlimited. There are over 90 BILLION shares behind that. But if the toxic death spiral convertible holders showed every share they are willing to sell there, no one would buy them.

This way they still might be able to somehow convince someone this insolvent company's stock is worth buying and will be able to sell them as many shares as they can at $0.0001 before the next, inevitable reverse split.

Or before COWI goes bankrupt and all the existing common shares are wiped out by the Court.
