You're talking about 'Should' run up (perhaps later?), while I'm talking about the fact it's going downward right now so far this week and despite the news today.
News was not bad, but let's be practical and not sugar coat it by bloviating or exaggerating the news as greater than it is. The news is having little consequence and the market is not impressed by it.

The dilution from financiers are pressuring this stock yet this week, and right now it is at risk of breaking below the .10 mark.
That's simply being objective about what's going on. Callign ti what it is.
