The company already has the cash needed to focus on growing the business with Zero dilution.



Biel is using physical dilution as a funding business model. Some people want to argue about it, but this is not a subject for argument. This is a fact that people need to go over it.



SO, BIEL has no need to dilute - but is diluting as a funding business model.
