It is clear FINRA hasn't received any information from Hofmeister - let me know when the Q is dropped and ARIO is trading.

The facts are that when Hofmeister delivers the court documents to FINRA the ticker will be delisted.

If you think FINRA has already been notified why hasn't the Q been dropped?
