If I were an investor I would want formal financials that show finalized acquisitions and at minimum what was paid for them.

As well full disclosure on the nature of the restricted shares and when they will be unrestricted.

Also a plan to pay the remaining $1M+ debt without issuing discounted shares.

And proof that they are uplisting (they have dropped that carrot in 5 past PR's).
