FONU CEO may have resigned already

He is not allowed to be an officer or director of any public company.

Since FONU is no longer an SEC registrant and has decided to keep investors in the dark by not filing financials (audited or unaudited), it is likely he is no longer CEO of FONU.

Hopefully he doesn't conspire with the crooked Shapiro to vote themselves a huge severance package.
