Just might regret this in a few days,... especially if the hold is not fairly quickly resolved,.... but couldn't resist buying a decent set of shares at $0.2617 at about noon,.....

If the arbitration goes well,... these should pay off quite nicely at the 'pop'. If all doesn't go well,... it wasn't the mortgage or grocery money anyway,....
