As any can see the previous post was a statement not a question. A factual statement that a verbatim excerpt by definition does not have a sentence removed.
You further state "regarding SCAM types like this fraud."
Since the premise of verbatim is verifiably false, this end of the statement doesn't have any standing either and if it did, as poorly reasoned opinion at best. The mention of fraud however, is very instructive. A definition of fraud is representing a false statement to be true. Per Webster, "an act of deceiving or misrepresenting"
